The Narrative


At Masteri, we focus on one thing, helping organisations turn strategy into measurable performance.

We begin by bringing clarity to strategy, ensuring priorities are well-defined, aligned, and grounded in what is realistically achievable. From there, we focus on execution, translating plans into disciplined action across teams and programmes.

We place a strong emphasis on risk and decision-making, not as a compliance exercise, but as a way to enable better, faster, and more confident leadership decisions in complex environments. Alongside this, we establish the performance and accountability structures required to sustain momentum, ensuring progress is measurable, owned, and continuously improved.

Our approach is practical and outcome-focused. We work closely with leadership teams, not just to advise, but to shape, challenge, and implement solutions that address the underlying causes of underperformance.

Masteri is led by Michael Tabirade, a consultant with over a decade of experience delivering complex programmes and strategic initiatives across the NHS and wider public sector. He has operated at both strategic and operational levels, supporting leadership teams to navigate complexity, improve performance, and deliver measurable outcomes.

In addition to his consulting work, Michael serves as a Trustee for the Institute of Leadership, where he sits on the Risk and Finance Sub-Committee and contributes to strategic oversight and governance. He is also a Fellow at Zinc, a private equity-backed organisation focused on scaling businesses that deliver social impact.

His combined experience across programme delivery, governance, and risk provides a strong foundation for helping organisations make better decisions, strengthen accountability, and execute with confidence.
