About Michael Tabirade
Practitioner-led. Not consulting for consulting’s sake.
I am the founder of Masteri Group. For over 15 years I have led complex transformation programmes across the NHS and public sector, including NHS England, NHSX, UKHSA, and University Hospital Southampton. Alongside that delivery work, I sit on the board of the Institute of Leadership as a trustee and Chair of its Risk and Finance Committee, where I lead financial risk governance and oversee its investment portfolio. That combination is the point. I know what it takes to deliver inside large, complex organisations, and I know how to govern, scrutinise, and strengthen one from the board down. I work directly with you, not through layers of junior staff. I am also an EMCC accredited coach and an author, and I teach these principles to a wider audience through my writing and YouTube channel.
